The Waltham Watch Factory is a 150-year old landmark in Waltham, MA. Owned and managed by our client, Berkeley Investments, its website needed an upgrade to make it responsive and to attract and inform potential leasers about this special property and all of its amenities, from apartments, to offices, to fine dining.

Leveraging the color palette of the building interior, RainCastle created a bold, easy-to-use website separated into three key areas of interest to potential renters: Lofts, Offices and Dining. Each of these sections leads to separate landing pages with a wide selection of beautiful architectural photography, important facts, links to floor plans and contact info.

The Waltham Watch Factory is at full occupancy with a waiting list. Web traffic is consistently high.
