RainCastle Launches Pro bono Website for Urban Achievers
This week, RainCastle launched a site for Urban Achievers (UA), an organization whose mission is to support a community of educators, parents, students and professionals working together 10+ hours per day, six days per week, 11 months per year, to improve the learning and overall development of students in underserved communities.
Based in Dorchester, MA, UA offers after-school, weekend and summer programs to middle-school students. The organization continues to mentor them through high school and college to provide educational and life-skills experiences that prepare them for future responsibilities and success.
RainCastle has worked closely with Urban Achievers for several years and believes strongly in Urban Achievers mission, which is why we donated the website to this dedicated team.
“When you have students, families, teachers, mentors and leaders, committed to working together to close the Achievement Gap, you have the ability to make an impact on children’s lives. The long hours and grit the UA team spends building both academics and character, is essential for helping children become successful adults. We want to make sure word gets out and that people who wish to learn more or donate time or money can more easily do so.” Robin Regensburg, Partner, RainCastle Communications, Newton, MA.
