Goody Clancy Selects RainCastle for Brand strategy, Corporate Identity and Responsive Website Design

Goody Clancy, a top Boston, MA architecture, planning and preservation firm, has selected RainCastle to be their branding and web partner. Goody Clancy is a well-respected firm with strong roots in socially conscious and sustainable building and planning practices. With such a strong and varied practice and in anticipation of supporting emerging leaders at the firm, Goody Clancy recognized that it was the right time to address their own brand and positioning. After a rigorous search, Goody Clancy chose RainCastle because of their thoughtful approach, team chemistry and belief that they would not deliver a “cookie-cutter solution.” Goody Clancy also felt that RainCastle would be successful managing a large team of design professionals used to making decisions by consensus.
RainCastle began the engagement by leading a discussion on Branding in the architectural and planning communities, and an audit of the competition. This was followed by a comprehensive set of individual and group interviews and the development of brand positioning, mission, vision and key messages for multiple audiences.
With the branding framework in place, RainCastle is developing a new corporate logo, color palette, font family and key applications. All of these items will pave the way toward the design, and development of the new website.
