RainCastle conducted interviews with Unica upper management and customers, helping Unica articulate a customer-centric view of marketing with final positioning and mission statements culminating in a master brand creative brief that articulated the brand identity and messaging and served as a blueprint for the visualization of the brand in the next phase of work. Based on the new brand positioning, RainCastle developed a comprehensive visual brand identity including, new corporate logos, web designs, digital marketing applications, collateral and event graphics and brand standards revolving around the tag line "Marketing Success Starts with U.™"
